Coffee Table

     Unfinished coffee table. The top is made of oak boards fastened together using glue and tongue and groove joints. The ends are finished with a 2" piece attached using biscuits and glue.

     This picture shows the table after a cherry stain has been applied.

     This drawing shows the side view of the coffee table. The oak shelf is supported by 1 x 1" ledgers at both ends. The top is fastened to the skirt using Kreg© pocket screws.

     The 3/8" slats are attached using mortise and tenon joinery. Note: This drawing does not show the exact number of slats used in the coffee table.
